About CCA Athletics
Cumberland is a member of the Georgia Independent Christian Athletic Association. Sports offered in recent years have included: baseball, softball, basketball, cross country, football, golf, soccer, tennis, cheerleading, and volleyball.
Alan Dukes, EdS - Athletic Director
Alan Dukes is dedicated to creating an athletic environment of strong biblical values, tough athletic competition, and an opportunity for coaches and players to unify their efforts and attitudes toward personal and team goals.
Coach Dukes was an accomplished high school, college, and professional athlete with over 30 years of college/high school coaching experience and 12 years of experience as a high school athletic director. He has his bachelor's degree in education from Tennessee Temple University, master's degree in educational leadership from Georgia State University, and education specialist degree in curriculum and instruction from Piedmont College.
