Payment Options
Full: payment in full on or before August 1, 2025 (5% discount given). This discount is not offered to international students.
Semester: 1/2 on or before August 1, 2010, with the remaining 1/2 on or before January 10, 2011. (No discount)
Monthly: CCA utilizes FACTS tuition management company. You have the option to pay by automatic draft from your checking or savings account, monthly invoice ($10 fee), or credit card. For automatic withdrawal, the annual processing fee will be waived. There is an enrollment fee and convenience fee if you choose to be invoiced or use your credit card. You may choose to pay your tuition on the 5th or 20th of each month.
Application/Matriculation Fee
This is an annual, non-refundable/non-transferable charge for each student (new or returning) registering for enrollment at CCA. It includes the following: application fee, student insurance, testing fees, basic picture package, yearbook, student pass to all home athletic events, graduation fee, art fee, basic supply fee, and use of consumable and non-consumable books. The payment of this fee holds a place for the student for the following school year.
Additional Fees
- There is a $20.00 fee charged on all returned checks.
- If you voluntarily withdraw
your child before the end of the school year, a 30 day advance written
notice is required.
In addition to current tuition, an early withdrawal fee equal to 10% of the annual tuition for the school term will be charged. This is a per student fee. - A fee for voluntary sports participation will be assessed.
Discounts
- A 5% discount is offered to families who pay tuition in full by August 1, 2010. This discount is not offered to international students.
- Returning students may receive a discount on re-enrollment fees (Application/Matriculation) if paid according to certain deadlines.
