How
Do I Enroll My Child?
Enrollment of new students
for the fall term begins March 1.
- All prospective parents must
interview with a principal. Students must attend the interview
if entering grades 6 - 12.
- Following the interview, application
forms must be completed and returned to the school office accompanied
by a $100 non-refundable application fee.
- Students entering grades 1 -
6 must provide current standardized test scores and may be required
to take an entrance exam or visit the classroom.
- Students entering grades 6 -
12 must show by standardized test scores and prior grade completion
that he or she is capable of doing grade level work.
- A $350 non-refundable matriculation
fee is due upon acceptance.
- An updated copy of the Georgia
School Certificate of Immunization (Form 3231) and a certified
birth certificate must be submitted by the first day of school.
- Admissions are contingent upon
available space and are subject to final approval.
Re-Admission
Procedures
Initial admittance does not imply
automatic re-admission in the future. CCA reserves the right
to refuse admission or re-admission to any prospective or returning
student. Applicants who withhold relevant information or who
falsify information may be required to withdraw from CCA.

- Matriculation Fee (non-refundable)
Re-admission of students into
CCA will not be official until all of the above requirements
have been satisfactorily met.

Other
Fees and/or Optional Costs

Beta Club - High school students
chosen for membership in the CCA chapter of the National Beta
Club will be asked to pay a one time fee of $10.00 which provides
a certificate, Beta pin, The Beta Journal,
and a seal for the diploma at graduation. Students are chosen
for Beta Club membership on the basis of scholastic average,
Christian character, credible achievement, and commendable attitudes
as observed by the school staff. |

Library fines - A fine of $.10 per
day is charged for overdue library materials. Report cards and
permanent records may be held for unpaid library charges. |

Lunches - CCA offers a lunch program
for 1st-12th grades provided by local fast food restaurants.
Students in all grades may bring their lunch or purchase lunch
on a weekly basis. |

Textbooks - Students are held responsible
for any textbooks issued to them. Please be aware that if, for
example, a book is taken out of a locker or desk, the student
to whom it is assigned is still responsible for it. Because misused,
stolen, or missing textbooks will have to be replaced by the
student, it is recommended that the student use extraordinary
care. |

Other planned activities - Other
events, such as field trips or special banquets/dinners, will
be announced throughout the school term. For some activities,
special T-shirts may be available for purchase. |
