HISTORY OF CCA
CCA was founded in 1989 with
81 students when a group of committed Christians came together
and purposed to provide an educational opportunity with both
high academic and spiritual standards. Enrollment has grown to
approximately 500 students and 100 faculty and staff.
This steady increase in enrollment
has been due to the fact that parents are satisfied with the
results of the learning program their children have received.
We attribute this parental satisfaction
and our growth to these successful methods of operation:
- We are unashamedly and unapologetically
Christian.
- We open enrollment to all evangelical
Christians.
- We offer high academic standards.
- We have a biblically sound financial
policy.
- We hold an open growth policy.
- We rely on prayer, prayer and
more prayer.
The vision embraced in 1989 has
become a reality, yet we remain in a growth and expansion mode
in an effort to make more student spaces available due to the
ever increasing appeals from families in our community. Cumberland
gratefully receives all that God provides and rejoices in His
goodness. |
